She Returned One Night

Author and theatrical director.  Multi-award-winning, including New York’s ACE and HOLA, Uruguay’s Florencio, Buenos Aires’ Municipal, and many others.

He has written over 35 plays, including She Returned One Night, Soul Mates, Quartet, Company, My Distant Land, Theodore and the Moon, Castaway’s Dreams, The White Fly, And the World Will Come, Revolving Night, Socrates, the Enchanter of Souls, and Anniversary Concert.  His plays have been translated into various languages and have been seen in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Finland, Israel, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain, the U.S., and Uruguay.  His works have been published in five volumes by Editorial De la Flor, and also by various international publishers.

He was General and Artistic Director of the Municipal Theater of San Martín, Director of the Strategic Cultural Plan of Buenos Aires, a member of MATe (Movement to Help Theater), Founder and President of Fundart (Foundation for Artistic Help), Founder and Vice President of the “Carlos Somigliana” Foundation that directs the Teatro del Pueblo, and he has represented theater at the Council on Culture in the Nation.  He was also Vice President for twenty International Congresses on Hispanic-American and Argentinian Theater as well as intense activity as professor of Drama and Theory, with publications in various magazines and participation in national and international forums.  He has been Professor of “Workshop on Dramatic Writing” and “Creativity” at the National School of Dramatic Art, and of “Dramaturgy” in the Mastery of Argentine and Latin American Theater of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires.
