in the office during mass mailings. |

flyers, postcards and brochures around to area stores, restaurants,
doctors’ offices, community centers, groceries, theaters, etc. |

Fundraising |
| •Help
sell ads in our programs (ask at restaurants, area stores,
businesses, etc.) |
| •Approach
your company for a monetary contribution (we’ll help you with
printed materials and/or an introductory letter) |
| •Do
you know someone in media (print, radio or TV) who could write an
article, host us on a program, or provide other free publicity
(we’ll help with intro material)? |

•Do
you know how to run lights or sound? Would you like to learn? |
| •Can
you help with load-ins and/or strikes? |

•Would
you like to help us build/paint sets or find properties? |

Hospitality
during our International Festival of Hispanic Theater in
February/March: |
| •Provide
local transportation for individuals or troupes |
| •Serve
as a ‘tour guide’ for a day for visiting troupes |

Office (including handing out live dubbing equipment) |
