Peter Pereyra obtuvo una Licenciatura en Drama del Trinity College de Londres. En el Teatro de la Luna ha actuado en Mujeres al Poder, Volvió una Noche, Frida Kahlo la Pasión, Amor al Aire Libre, Justo en lo Mejor de mi Vida, Continente Viril, La Lechuga, Venecia, Manteca, El Gran Deschave, El Invitado, Hágase la Mujer y varias obras infantiles del programa Experiencia Teatral. También es Miembro de la Compañía Synetic Theater donde ha participado en: King Lear, A Midsummer’s Night Dream (Massachusetts Tour/Crystal City Revival), King Arthur, Othello (Helen Hayes Award – Outstanding Ensemble), Host and Guest (NYC Tour), Anthony and Cleopatra. Otros créditos locales incluyen The Studio 2^ndStage: Fucking A; GALA Hispanic Theatre: Lúcido; Washington Shakespeare Company: The Royal Hunt of the Sun, Waiting for Godot, The Night of the Iguana; Madcap Players: The Story of Bub, A Midnight Clear, Male Point of View. Fue miembro fundador del grupo de teatro paraguayo Fingers & Thumbs, donde tuvo roles protagónicos (en español e inglés) en Esperando a Godot, Seis Personajes en Busca de un Autor, Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Santa Evita, Fame, Cabezas Dislocadas, Grease y Casablanca. Peter también ha aparecido en numerosos trabajos de TV/video y doblajes.
